Our first customer when everything began

Some brands leave a lasting impression – and this is one of them. 
Known for their close relationship with customers and an impressive track record of strong results, this Swedish retail company was already a trusted name long before e-commerce took off. When the digital shift gained momentum, Jord Media had the privilege of joining their journey for a few years.

The e-commerce era at Cellbes had already begun before Jord Media stepped through the doors, but we were proud to join the ride during a period of rapid expansion.

 

Cellbes – From Mail Order to E-Commerce (2008–2010)

Back in the late 2000s, the retail world was shifting fast – and Cellbes was right in the middle of it. Jord Media was brought in to support their transformation from traditional mail order to full-scale e-commerce across seven countries and newsletter sent to one miljon recievers at one time. 

Campaigns, newsletters, web updates, translations, market adaptations – it all had to happen quickly and consistently. Together with the fantastic in-house team, we made sure every market stayed on track, week after week.

 The pace was high, the volumes were huge, and the results spoke for themselves: loyal customers, strong engagement, and sales beyond expectations. It was a true crash course in international e-commerce, and we loved every minute of it.

 

We also had the pleasure of ranking second after IKEA on the Nordic region’s largest store guide.
