Packaging / Profiling / Digital invitation to events
During the past ten years I have made the packaging of several events within the building/infrastructure area. One of my clients arranged an event with the Autodesk guru Lynn Allen when she came to Gothenburg (future trends within technology and buildings). Me and the Market manager profiled the happening and named it ”The Future of Making Things”.
- Usually I start up a project few weeks before we need to go into action. I want to hear all details and also the customer’s vision about the work we are going to create. After this I just keep it in mind and let it rest.
- When I start a project I most often do it on a blank paper. This time I worked closely together with the marketing manager of AEC who also was the one in charge of the event. We decided we wanted to do a cool text instead of a symbol. Usually I make perhaps two paths that come up while playing around in Photoshop when I am starting a project. If I like them both I show them to the customer and they can be a part in choosing one. If I feel one is a really strong design I only show that one. This time we decided from the beginning that it was a design of the title we wanted so I did this one example.
- Within this project I did several e-letters, look of landingpage, adverts also prints with give-aways at the event.
